We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team on a Full-Time, 37 Hours per Week fixed term contract, until Friday 12^th December 2026. The role mainly supports the recruitment of Support Workers for our services but also includes recruitment for all other roles in the organisation.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, using our applicant tracking system LogicMelon.
• Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to support them with the full recruitment process, ensuring checks are carried out in line with our compliance requirements.
• Help source candidates through job boards, raising our profile on social media, and developing our presence in the community and networking at careers events and Jobs fairs ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and report on accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Hybrid working available – split your time between home and our office (minimum of two days a week in the office).

£27,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
